TalkNav is a UK dealer of Nuance Products. In order to purchase Nuance products from TalkNav you must be situated within the UK.
In order that we can register your Nuance, Code Factory or Sendero product, we'll require you to supply some information to us. It is very important that you enter this information carefully and correctly as once done it cannot easily be changed. There are two edit fields below marked `Box #1` and `Box #2`, depending on the product and license type requested we'll require you to enter information into one or both edit fields.
Nuance Accessibility Suite For a new product license, or an update to an existing license. e.g. Talks Premium, Zooms, update existing license or a TTS addition, please enter either your handset IMEI number or your SIM ID into Box #1 only and leave Box #2 empty. For a transfer of license, either IMEI to IMEI or cross platform, please enter the new device IMEI or SIM ID into Box #1, and the old IMEI number or SIM ID into Box #2. *Note* SIM ID for Nuance products does not refer to the number physically printed onto your SIM card, and in fact is software generated by Nuance Accessibility software once installed. Simply go to the Registration section of your Nuance installation and choose Manual Registration, where you shall find your SIM ID.
Code Factory If you have ordered a Code Factory product please enter your mobile cellular phone number or software generated serial number into Box #1 and leave Box #2 empty. Please note, for new license purchases, we'll determine the type of license you desire, i.e. serial number or phone number, based on whichever of these two you enter into Box #1. This choice CANNOT be changed later so please enter your choice carefully. If you already own a Code Factory license and are adding an additional product, you MUST enter the same serial number or phone number previously registered with your original Code Factory license. If you are entering your mobile cellular phone number it should be entered in an international dialling format, i.e. +44, +61, +64 or +353.
Sendero GPS If you are purchasing a Sendero GPS product, either Sendero GPS for BrailleNote and VoiceNote products, Sense Nav or street Talk please be sure to enter your device serial number into Box #1.
